It can lead to a pattern of avoidance where individuals sabotage potential relationships or withdraw emotionally to protect themselves from getting hurt. But why don't people understand this thing? How can we overcome philophobia and cultivate healthier relationships? One approach could be to confront our fears head on, gradually exposing ourselves to situations that trigger our anxiety, while practicing self compassion and mindfulness, which can be easily quoted as exposure and response prevention therapy

Your swell cast reminded me one movie in which the character of Sonakshi Sinha says saab thappar sedar ni lakta lakhta. So you are absolutely right. Many times the condition of our life and the experiences, childhood, especially bad experiences. They create perspective, perceptions and definitely this kind of feeling many people have. So I totally agree. And you have thrown light on a different kind of topic. So it was good hearing

I love how you articulated each and every word and it sounded so poetic and rhetoric. Simply beautiful. Thank you for sharing. As I agree with every word you said, I have been through that as well
