Whoa. Thanks for sharing these. These are awesome. And there's some that I've never heard of. Like dry brushing. Yeah, I'm excited to try that one. I really like adding the jalapeno seeds and the scraps from veggies that I'm chopping throughout the week, and I just pop all those in my broths and those particular pungent and spicy herbs really bring a lot of flavor to those. So thanks again for chiming in. I really appreciate it
