Office to Apartments
Hughes's research only shows about a third of the workers who will come to the office to do high concentration work. So offices will need more collaborative community spaces like sofas and pods and breakout rooms, rather than rows and rows and rows of desks that workers may not be interested in. Filling these important spaces will make the office feel like a desirable destination, adds Oldman. It's too early to see if office buildings will stay empty, creating ghost towns across city centers around the world

Working remotely can be beneficial in certain industries, but in others, there's little to no benefit. The idea of transforming office buildings into apartment complex, I think it'll be beneficial for the tenants and the it excuse me. It'll be beneficial for the landlords and people who are leasing the who are staying in the property. It'll especially be beneficial for those who work remotely because technically they'll be staying in an office like building and they can call that their home
