This is so true. It took me a while to learn this, especially in school settings. I always was more of a quiet person in class and taking in all the information. And I think I always was worried that people would think I wasn't smart or didn't know, but I what we were talking about. But it was mainly I really was someone that just took everything in and needed time to process before I spoke and found other ways that I expressed myself in more artistic ways

I find sometimes in work settings I have to be assertive and it took me a long time to feel comfortable doing that. And now I can do it really easily. And in social situations I appreciate how you said it can sometimes take energy to explain. And I do think I'm more of an introverted person and that I liked spending time alone. I times find being around other people to tire me because of that exact thing. So I don't know what that means, but I appreciated that insight

It gives me a very good perspective on how to proceed. And when people feel like they're being heard, everyone feel is better in those instances. So for me, being quiet a lot of times is key, especially in my work. Great topic
