Mindfulness meditation

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you are sending and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Hi there. Thanks for informing us about mindfulness meditation. I mean, I knew what was normal meditation. I thought it's basically exhales. But then the way you told us about how it is both of them are interrelated and how it helps us, how breathing helps us. So that was really great and informative. Thank you. They make fun of you. And that is why so many people do not really talk about meditation, because they fear about the society. So I think this is the myth that we need to break, and your swell, actually, is doing that. So thank you. Or posting it
