Enjoying some old vinyl records. Trip down memory lane

article image placeholderUploaded by @UnityEagle
Hello, people of the swell verse. What are you all busy with this weekend? You know, I am playing some old vinyl records from my parents back in the day, and that feels like ages, but now and then I like to play them and bring me down memory lane. And, you know, listening to vinyl records is such a totally different experience than all the digital, audio and music listening. This is a final record by Jack Jersey

@UnityEagle Yes! Good idea!

Yes, Sylvia, I have a Vinil Records player in the cellar. But it's all complicated to install. And I don't have many vinyl left from all days. Smaller ones. These are 45 turns per minute with just two songs. But you brought me the idea that I should possibly get it back from the seller and organize it in my sitting room. Possibly would work to connect it to the HiFi. Would be interesting to try. Okay, have fun

But I've definitely invested into a really good player with great speakers and there are days I'll sit on the patio and just put the vinyl on or clean the house, put the vinyl on. Instead of playing my speakers or streaming, I'll just go to vinyl and there's something beautiful about it. I just don't think you can hear the same song on vinyl and you can hear the same song on a streaming service

Hey Brennan, I definitely do listen to this one in my air guitar. This reminds me of the broadcast from Mark fitness yesterday and station end. We had such a blast. What a trip. Yes. I don't know what it is but this little crackling sound of the old records is way more attractive for me than the modern vinyl because you don't hear that crackling sound on them yet. Final. But the old ones actually very old records that are played over and over again

@dzakyem

So I begged her to bring me those because they are all from the end of of days, back in the day for my childhood. So I'm looking forward to receive those and have fun. Definitely get it to your living room

@UnityEagle Yes, ready to go, or almost so...

And if I feel I'm in touch with the past again, there are some possibilities there, because just two buttons to press and I'm ready to go in my sitting room. Thanks. U

@dzakyemI stay tuned

Well, Takay, that is great news. And I'm really looking forward to hear you play. So and hopefully you are going to share it on here, especially the very old final back in the day. That is for me, the most attractive because of the crackling noises they make in contrast to the modern digital music. So for me, it's a completely different experience listening to music

They're probably, like somebody pointed out, pretty much vintage now, but they sound great. I've updated my app and my phone CD player and I bought a sub which was recommended to me by Bass Player. Now, this is vital from the album Elvis 56. And it does sound different. It's hard to explain. It's more authentic, it's real. It's got more depth, more warmth. There's less harshness to that sound
