I'm sorry to hear about your health, Sylvia, but I'm glad that you're at least well enough to leave us a message. And I'm dying to know what the inspiration was like. What what were the words that began this process? Or maybe I should wait until you're done and ask, what is the overall phrase that represents it? I'm curious to see where it ends up

And this way let the energy come out of me because it needs to come out because I have this feeling of bursting literally out of my body. And I did actually also made my first painting that is hanging on the wall. I did it digital and had it made on campus and it's now hanging on my wall and I made it for my spouse for his birthday. Yeah. I'm diving deep into the space of creativity to get rid of all this energy bursting up inside me
