what have been your most benefitial habits?

It's been coding and a little bit of electricity. So I wanted to know if you guys had any habits that have benefited you and how they have benefited you. I know sometimes there are habits that don't seem like they're very useful, but they're they eventually are in some way or another when they start to add up

Meditation involving breathing exercises

Hi, Joanne. Thank you for other swell for me. It has been meditation, which I have been doing over the last couple of months and I find that it helps me handle the rest of the day, usually meditate as soon as I wake up in the morning. It helps me handle the rest of the day with a sense of calm and a sense of control, and I don't get overwhelmed. So that's my habit that I've picked up over the last couple of months. Thanks

#phonefree mealtimes

So it's really brought about a huge difference in the way I enjoy my meals, the way I relish my food, and the way I am beginning to experience the flavor, the texture, the smell, and the sight of the food that I have every day, which I was completely oblivious of when I used to have the phone right beside me and I was just doing stuff absent mindedly picking on my food. So. So this is something that has brought something positive in my everyday routine

I mean, I'm a rat on the wheel. I'm reading. I'm singing. I'm writing. I'm just like, oh, my gosh. What's my book? Word count. Okay. Next. What do I do? Okay, I have to read this. Okay. Next. What do I do? I have to do this. Oh, I got to do the podcast. Okay, then back again. And it's like, run, run, run

About two years ago, when I was working, I had been meditating a lot during that time, so I was in a very peaceful state of mind and at work I had a mild accident where one of my drill habits shattered. And while I was drilling on a glass door, and this caused the drill to shatter the glass

Another thing I forgot to ask on my last twelve was, do you guys track your habits? I seem to do best with the habits that I don't track. But I know a lot of people like to keep a calendar or a little app on other phone that has a chain. So do you guys like to track your habits

But this particular program that I enrolled in sometime in March again, Shannon, for some reason also called the happiness program. Right. But it eases us into meditation, the participants into meditation. So there are a couple of exercises for deep breathing exercises, and then you kind of naturally relaxes your mind and body and then takes you into meditation. So that's how it is. But even then, it's quite challenging. I agree. But yes, the benefits have kept me going every day
