And the more you speak out, the more you invite people into conversation, the more the understanding expands for people who are in positions of power and decision making

So it sounds like we're doing well enough for you to submit your bonus, but we're not doing well enough to get the frontline health care worker the things that they need. And then people are confused and I don't understand why they quit

Hi, Jail. I could really relate with most of the things that you're saying. They're actually practical things that actually happen in the healthcare industry. It is very ridiculous. When those people mentioned that people are going to get bonuses, one of the conversations that I had with one of the union employees, the union that we pay, he told me, he said, they already increased your pay. They gave you a 5% increase
I feel that people need to be better paid so that they can contribute positive quality to the lives of the patients that we serve in the industry. Else you can come to the job frustrated and then you have to take care of patients. That's sad. People can lose their lives from that. So I'm talking because I've heard I've seen people get bad care just because people are frustrated about the job and it's very pathetic. We have to change the narrative
