Again, turn the light into electrical signals. These electrical signals travel from the retina to the attached optic nerve to an area of the brain called the visual cortex, which is located in your occipital lobe, these signals are interpreted at that point by the brain into images you can understand. And again, that was beyond basic, but I want you to understand that, that there's a lot of interpretation involved

You listen to tone, you listen to just the force through which someone's speaking, but you can probably bet that you're not really hearing what they're saying. So I really understand that our brains are so complicated, and to even delve into how they work is a magnificent surrender to, I guess, magic and the great design of the human system

Hi, DB. Yes. Thank you for your input. Really, really appreciate it. I definitely, this is what I do at all of the talks that I give as part of a demonstration to prove the point that I was making. And it's really interesting to see people's faces when I do this, when I switch from English to Hebrew or any other language. Right. Well, mostly Hebrew for me
