Release the Worry About What Others Think + Increase Your Fees

Today I want to talk to you about why today is the day you must let go of worrying about what other people think about you if you increase your coaching fees. Hi, I'm Kat Sanford, a soulful business strategist for creative entrepreneurs and coaches who want to create new, meaningful, sustainable income, charge what they're worth, and attract high quality ideal clients into their business. So undercharging is rampant among coaches and creative entrepreneurs and especially among women entrepreneurs and coaches

People are not doing this for altruistic reasons. They're doing this to make a living and put food on the table and send kids to college and take care of life's needs. But inside that, there's a whole world of sort of fluidity, if you will. How do you handle sliding scales and when does that come up? And do you advertise sliding scale, or do you just embed it into a conversation that where it's obvious that it needs to have a place?

It's probably why I'm passionate about working with coaches to help them really confidently share what they have going on and how you can work with them and stand in confidence when it comes to having that conversation about what the investment is. So I love you said milky. It can get milky. I call it wobble. It can get wobbly, for sure. So that's what I do in some of my work, is just working with coaches on that

Forgive me. I'm learning swell. And I wasn't paying attention to the time. I just want to say. In general. When it comes to money mindset and pricing. Establishing your pricing. Those kind of things. And specifically with sliding scales and that's what you asked me about is I want to make sure that coaches I guess you could say therapist. Too. That they're not feeling like they have to have that in their business

And my bank account in the past has definitely reflected this. I think I'm getting better, but it's really interesting. I love your thoughts on the gender question around people worrying or not worrying what other people think about their structure and how they structure their company
