And I have not been studying as much as I'm supposed to be. And every night before going to sleep, I just feel so guilty about my procrastination and all the wasted time. But then I performed well in my exam and I feel pretty good about myself. So it's basically a cycle now. Yeah, I agree with you. So moving on, how do you think the Indian society reacts to mental illnesses or issues and deals with it?

Like, I talked about it in one of my schools kind of stressing. So we should maybe tell parents to not take it easy and maybe help us through it. I really love this one. It's one of my favorites from you guys

I think this is the most important things in our life is to convert it from virtuality to reality. To get rid of all of this depression, you could just consider yourself walking 30 minutes a day talking physically through other phone to somebody. You relieve all of your depression or pressure or anything that you are feeling bad. This is my thought about it. I just wanted to share things

Loved doing this!

It was so nice to do this. Thanks for letting me do a collab with you. And this is a very important topic that more people should be aware of. So, yeah, I'm so glad that we both got to do this. Yeah
