I often hear people say stuff like I am finding myself or I can't wait to find myself and turn my life around as if their true self was patiently waiting on a tropical island or a page in one of the many self help books. But personally, I do not believe in the existence of a real self waiting to be discovered somewhere. If this true self is something we can search for, then it must be preordained predestined

Oh, my God, the pan damage has been such an eye opening period for me because as you said, I started looking inwards because I had no other choice. I couldn't go outside. I was born dead at home, and I came across a lot of stuff I discovered, covered meditation, I started exploring spirituality and a lot of other stuff, and I think it really changed me

So it may not have been the right thing at that time, but I'm glad I went through it. And it just showed me that the higher self is something that people have to come to on their own, no matter what I tell them. So that awakener thing died. And I've been a person that now at my elevated self or higher self. I just share my experiences. That's it. And I share what I know along these experiences

It's confusing because there's so many there's a talk about, like, destiny and fate and stuff, and there's also one about about you creating it. And I don't know, maybe it's predetermined. And some are of the belief that it's all just in a matter of you achieving your destiny or not, it's up to you, really, or it was meant to be whatever became of your life. But, yeah, that's a different philosophical debate, but I do feel some of that has standing here, and I want to lose a lot of weight. But once I do lose that weight, I'm going to have to maintain the weight
