I think that's so important, and I wish I would have done that in the past, but I'm working on it now and really practicing gratitude and, like, what you shared, trying to take a moment and feel that success of things that you've already accomplished, I think that's so important. And we bypass that. And I think a lot of it has to do with our fast pace life now and just everything we see online, social media, it just really does affect us
