Relax your your mind and focus on the sounds of my voice. Let us begin to reflect upon breathing. Imagine nothing else mattered except breathing. Focus on breathing. Breathing is accepting yourself. Breathing is forgiving yourself. Breathing is loving yourself. Breathing helps you realize that nothing was taken from you

I'm reminded of Alan Watts as well as a piece that I was reading for a friend of mine. He wrote a book again, asked me to look at one of his chapters on Buddhism and process tools. But this idea that in breathing, you never lost anything as well as in breathing, the regaining of control by letting go of control. Alan Watts does something similar to that. To gain control, you have to lose it, right?
