Every Morning is a New chapter in Your Life

article image placeholderUploaded by @The.mystic01
Starting the day with a meaningful connection can set a positive tone for the hours ahead. When you are having dinner, keep your phone, your mobile aside, talk to your loved ones. Enjoy every single moment with them because these moments are not going to come back again. We are busy in conversation with the strangers or the people who are thousands miles apart from us. But we never appreciate the feelings of the people who are just sitting besides us and care for us also

Gratitude for just being alive, just getting to see them the other day is, I think the biggest thing, biggest gift, biggest blessing that we receive and yes, that we can. We are given a choice to start our day every day. So let's choose to be more kind, to start taking care of ourselves, spend time with our loved ones. As you rightly said, every day is a new beginning and we get a new opportunity, chance to breathe and start again

Superb @The.mystic01

You really need to switch everything off, cut everything off and just spend half an hour, 1 hour with your loved ones would really add a lot to your mental health, to your emotional well being, which eventually will lead to a very good physical well being of your own self. Brilliantly put. Thank you so much for sharing

And we tend to understand each other better because we might have grown up or my kids would have grown up together. But then each year when they come together, that's where they find the real foundation of their well being, the interrelationship between each other and within the grown ups also. So it's a beautiful topic and I really could resonate a lot of it. Thanks. I really don't know your name, that's why I couldn't address it
