Probably the weirdest thing on Swell

So I thankfully decided, you know what, I'll take a cold shower, which I don't have a problem with. I take cold showers all the time. But this was a cold shower with a specific purpose besides waking me up. Thankfully, that was effective, but I did kind of step out of the shower. Like, it's kind of sad, a little disappointed. And again, I had to turn to that part of my brain and be like, no

Christopher. You just made me laugh a lot. First of all, I'm happy that you have medicine to help you with your issues, and the resulting situation is worth riffing on, if nothing else, because we're still living in a world where we laugh at stuff like this. There might be nervous laughter or, like, shadow parts of ourselves, but you ask a good question. Where's the end game on all this? What's going to happen?

But the problem is that I really legitimately deeply grateful that you've responded with thoughtful response. It's unexpected. Which part of the reason why it's so cathartic that you replied, but also, if you did actually find it funny, that's huge, because I put it out there and immediately was like, that's terrible. I don't think anyone's going to want to listen to that. Obviously. I don't think that's true, but that's just how I felt
