I'm not very good at painting, but it's something that I do that makes me feel good. And even if I don't know, I feel like the act of creating is much more important than what you actually create. So, yeah, I want to hear from you guys

You're just dancing with your whole body and you're putting your whole body and you think of that song, what that means to you, and you're just putting your body into how you're feeling at that moment. And I feel like it could be very powerful in expressing, in a nonverbal way of how you're doing. Honestly, I think dance is so subjective, and any type of movement can be dance

Oh, my gosh. I am right there with you. For me, specifically, the way I use artist therapy, is one, the biggest, easily dance love to dance. And two, I love to color. Like, I have this adult coloring book, and I'll use that. And it's really helpful and therapeutic, especially if I'm having an off day. But my biggest one is dancing
