So I guess first things first, if you could tell us a little bit about your role with Dentsu, what that specifically entails. But also, I know that we're about a week away from a session that you're hosting at Clickups Level Up 2023 virtual conference, and this specific talk that you're giving is about productivity

Thanks for joining me, Mason! https://tinyurl.com/2p8essem

So it's been a really fun transition to really try to help elevate and make Density Creative even more efficient, streamlined, and just excel at giving our clients incredible work. And as you referred to earlier, I am also a keynote speaker at Clickups Level Up 2023 Conference on February 28, which has been super exciting. I am hosting my session on basically how to excel at work in life and the secret to unlocking your most productive self

Productivity tips?

But productivity, again, is something that we're all really trying to find ways to we're all trying to figure things out. Let's just put it that way. If I'm being as honest as possible

So for me, I think it's so important to just have one place where you can always go to that has all of the most up to date information that is easily accessible and distributable to others who other stakeholders or people involved in your project or whatever you're working on. Yeah, kind of throughout that process still to this day I'm still trying to optimize and find the best ways to improve how I work too

I really liked what you said about how this is evergreen. It's always evolving, right. Taking the time as a professional to really find out what fits your style and needs best. I think that's some of the greatest advice that you can give, because you're right. I mean, this isn't a one size fits all approach. People have different needs and accommodations that need to be met in order to function at the highest level. Right

And one of the other important things too to think about when we're working in such a collaborative work environment, whether remote or in person, but oftentimes when we have projects that involve so many different team members, oftentimes our own work can basically be a dependency on whether someone else can start their own work. So there's so many different factors and layers into trying to figure out what should be prioritized that

I'm wondering when you started your professional journey, is this where you are at this point in your life with regards to work and volunteerism and all these things? Is this kind of where you saw yourself being or is it kind of a surprise to you? I think especially given the nature of the last several years, a lot has changed for everybody. People are doing things they'd never thought of doing before

So really trying to come up with a game plan from the get go to really make it as simple and efficient as possible just makes it a much more enjoyable experience and journey along the way to actually implement the project or whatever you're working on. So yeah, there is a lot of power when it comes to all of this now. I definitely didn't expect this to be the career trajectory that I ultimately would end up pursuing
