For that we can go to the gym, hit the gym bag, get a punching bag and do all sorts of things. Because anger and temper, they are also critical human emotions. We are visual beings, we are human beings. Artificial intelligence is overrated. So human intelligence is still unbeatable. That comprises of multiple emotions. Sometimes in anger, in temper, we over perform or over exceeded. So yeah, I totally agree. But it should not be done
