It might take extra effort, but try to gain perspective and truly understand how that person feels and then try to teach them the error of their ways and always be open to seeing the other side as well. You'll be amazed at what you can learn. I don't necessarily want people to do the same like I speak very little to new or unfamiliar family or pieces, but I don't want people to do the same with me.
