What is mental health?

Many of the times when you kind of read about mental health patients, when you see people who probably have depression, anxiety, or aren't doing emotionally, or aren't doing emotionally good, or don't have a great social life, the way they handle things in their life really shows what kind of state of mind they have. And that is another way to understand them. That is another way to diagnose this. But obviously not every single day we'll be able to do this with everyone

Just being "out of it" isn't really what mental health is about! #emotions #sociallife #contentment #sayitonswell

I just think it's pretty much impossible to understand all of it I at once, and so that we should take our time to understand ourselves. And that was a wonderful thrill. So yeah

A good mental health is something that one has to imbibe in themselves so that they can keep their mind free and just move on with their lives. So the best tip to keep your mind set and free is meditation and yoga, according to me. So yeah. Thank you. Bye

Thank you so much for your reply and giving in your input and as to what you think mental health is and how it's something about, you know, freeing yourself. It's something about just moving on with your freedom from your problems and learn how to beat them and move on. And we have a free, calm mind and just have peace, basically. Even if that person who is ignoring others mental health, if they feel like they are going through a mental health issue, they'll also not tell anyone. They'll also try to ignore it. They also try to deal with it like everybody else does. Ignoring it by just not accepting that there's something like mental health, there's something like mental wellness, there's something like mental disorders just because they want to be saved from societies. That they want to be saved from societies

I need some way of dating that response and I need a way to assess whether that is what I intended, did I get the result, what I wanted, that it would prioritize the things that matter to me and I'm able to hold myself accountable without beating up in myself. Can I give myself credit where the credit is due? I also think mental health requires the ability to relate safely and effectively with others. That doesn't mean I'm responsible for making others treating in safe and nonviolent ways

And that's why making ourselves properly aware of it, it's something very important because sometimes we could be suffering from it, and we probably don't know. That can happen too. And sometimes people also tend to who are perfectionists or who are very hard on themselves. They can also ignore their needs. I feel like it is important for each and every person to learn this so that we can help others and so that we can help with ourselves as well. Thank you so much for the appreciation

This is something that will help me as well. I'll definitely listen to it once more, two times, three times, to incorporate that within me as well. I think I do that, but not completely. Not every single thing. But yeah, that is something I feel like if everybody would be able to do that, that would be great. But not always. Not everybody is able to do that. However, I do wish everybody is able to do the things that you have said

It matters what you are doing towards that, what you're doing towards mental health in order to do the best for yourself. I think the reason why I gave the meaning was because I've always seen people talk about mental health when they don't exactly understand the whole thing about it. Sometimes people just think it's just depression. It's not about depression. Like either you're depressed or not. Like depression is just one part of medicine is something completely so big
