Because as the word suggests, fitness should have been looked at in this way that okay, someone is living healthy, someone is living a healthy lifestyle, someone is healthy inside out. So this person is fit, right? But rather, today fitness is measured in terms of how many ABS one has or how slim one looks according to today's conventional beauty standards and whether one basically fits that image, that idea of the quote unquote perfect body
