What a great question. I had to think long and hard about this. I know the period of time and the type of music that I think is very romantic. In the United States, we call it the Great American Song Book. And there were a handful of composers writing music for Hollywood films and Broadway musicals. One of them was Cole Porter. He wrote a song called Night and Day for the artist Fred Astaire to sing and dance to in a movie in 1933
