I don't know whether you have read this comic or not in that Batman takes whole of the Justice League team, even Superman and he knocks down whole of the members of the Justice League event. He knocks Superman, Cyborg, wonder woman, even Martian Manhunter, too. And flash also

If you are talking about only MCU, that contains only movies and all I would say that Scarlet Witch is the strongest character or even Doctor Strange because both their powers are like mystical. But if we are talking about Marvel like in a comic way, there are many heroes like synthetic molecules, et cetera, et cetera, who are way above ordinary level of strength. And the same in the DCEU we are talking about movies
