Duplicate notification & menus/screens that don't require engagement to dismiss.

I believe this started happening in earnest when the latest update came out, but don't quote me on that of duplicate notifications. It's not every time, but so, for example, someone will create a swell and instead of getting just one notification, you might get two or three or four or five. And I've seen this happen in the past when someone records it, deletes it and records a new one

Ah, you think that's bad? Yesterday. I think it was deb. She was sharing reswells from the dad. Swell. And I know she was reselling multiples, but it was coming through, and I was getting, like, four or five for every reswell. And so it looked like I had, like, 15 or 16 different notifications from Deb alone. Just like, okay, what's going on here?

But we think they have resolved it at their end, and that should be the end of it. So it was, I think, for a 24 hours period that they had the problem, and then they resolved it with that. With respect to the dismissing pop ups, it's by design that we allow you to dismiss the pop up by clicking outside. It's the equivalent of cancel. You don't have to press the cancel. You can click outside or swipe down, basically to dismiss

Hey, Christina. I have not seen this. I have not seen double notifications on my phone. I have an iPhone, so I don't know if it's exclusive to the Swell app on certain phones or certain carriers, but I hope they get it resolved, because that would drive me nuts, too, to be seeing all these double notifications for all these people all day long, that would drive me nuts. So hopefully they get it fixed

Also, thank you for letting me know about those screens. The one, I really like that it operates that way. The other one makes me nervous, and I can't figure out why, but it makes me nervous. But anyway, thank you very much for letting me know

I did and they did. Thank you. Yes, it was notifications on an iPhone, but it was a temporary glitch that looks to be solved. So all is well now again in the land of notifications from Swell

If I open up the the app and look at notifications, then all of a sudden I saw, oh, these other ones, and could go on from there. But when it came to push notifications, there's the duplicates and then not getting notifications as well. So I just thought I'd pass that on because at this point, maybe it won't resolve itself and you'd probably prefer to know than not. So yeah

Hey, Christina. I wanted to know if this problem has now resolved. I should have responded the other day. I'm sorry. I think I missed responding. But we did take a look at it and we thought that it was a problem with our provider. Can you let me know if you're still experiencing this? Thank you

However, for personal reasons, since then, I've been toggling back and forth between the low and medium setting for notifications, and most of the time hanging out with it set on low, but because I'm flipping back and forth because it's set on low, I don't know. I can't say that I remember noticing it recently, but because I am flipping back and forth and I'm attempting to decrease the number of notifications I receive. Yeah, I'm sorry
