It increases your creativity levels, it sharpens your mind, it helps you in concentrating better. I conduct a lot of online classes on Zen Doodling and zentangalot. Probably we could zoom into classes and Zen Doodle together. Those who want to do Zentangling, let them do that first, and those who want to doodle, let them do that first. Initially, we could start off like that, and then we could put these two together and Zen Doodle together.
