Hey, that looks really yummy. I've been missing cakes since the lockdown, and I haven't baked in forever, so yeah, I can't think of a hard and fast recipe, but I am am a fan of the microwave mukcakes. I think any mucky combination where you don't add an egg and you use milk and oil generously. And if you would like a big slab of chocolate in the middle of it, it always comes out incredibly moist and yummy
