Signals to brain for hunger and thirst

It easily gets confused between thirst and hunger, brain gets mixed signal and people tend to eat more and drink less water. So now on, whenever you feel like munching something or having something, or going to the kitchen pantry or opening your fridge to eat something, just have a glass of water and then see whether you are really hungry or it was just a thirst. This will help you to reduce your unnecessary munching now and then, and it also helps you during your transformation journey of fat loss

Yes, you are absolutely right. People keep keep munching and they keep putting on weight and they have so much calorie and it becomes a fat on their bodies and they just become fatty and unhealthy. So they should be careful every time. We should not keep munching. And your advice is good that you can take water instead of eating something. It is great advice
