Neiappam - another type of Aebleskiver

Taylor, this is a followup to your ableskeeper swell, which I will link below. But in the South Indian cooking we have two types of such dishes. We make one that is sweet, which is called nayapam and one that is salty, which is called panyaram. So today being the end of our nine days of Puja, which is Nabrati, Hindus have the Sarah Navaratri at this time, which is our nine day or one month time of prayer
