Importance of sleep

article image placeholderUploaded by @suchitra
The first one is for better productivity and concentration. When you have enough sleep, then your whole body and your mind are relaxed by which you have a better productivity and your concentration level is also high. Sleep has linked to several brain functions like concentration, productivity and cognition. The second one is lower weight gain risk. The link between weight gain and obesity and short sleep pattern is not completely clear

Hey Suchitra, I completely agree with you on this one. When I don't get enough sleep of seven to 8 hours in a day, I normally end up getting very irritated at small things and my whole day goes very bad. I just don't feel like doing anything thing. I feel so unproductive and tired and lazy. Nothing feels to be going my way

I cannot emphasize all the points you made any more than you did. I am someone that I've always struggled with having a consistently good sleeping schedule, and I have only actually recently gotten to a good A sleeping schedule. But that's because I've had to. I'm a College student at UIC and I decided kind of regretfully now, but it's been beneficial. But I have four courses during the week on four days a week where I have 09:00 A.m

Hey, you said very true. Like, when I didn't get my proper sleep of six or 7 hours, I feel so unproductive during the day. Like, I feel myself so lazy, so under. Like it feels like so job. So job. So job. That doesn't work out to be there because you have to manage other things too. So I completely agree on the fact that good night's sleep is so important
