It's Finals Time!

I try to go to bed a little bit earlier if I can, if I have time to with all the studying I have to do, I try to eat as healthy as possible. I take a lot of like warm baths just so I can destress. I try to stretch before I go to bed. I also just have to accept that it's just a really stressful couple of weeks and I probably won't get the sleep I want. I'll probably drink a little bit too much coffee

This is a really important question. And I think that a lot of people, of course, a lot of students right now are just feeling the exact same thing. Like, oh, it's finals week. I'm stressed out. I really need to finish up with, you know, my work and everything. And it definitely is stressful. But I will say that during finals week, for me, I would like to take some time of breaks in between. I'll take a nap

Hey Jazz, I hope you're well. I'm also on the semester schedule so I'm like s******* myself. I'm so scared for my finals. I think I only have one this semester. This morning I found out that I had a one. I thought that I only had final projects and whatever but I actually do have a final exam so that's lovely but I don't have any tips so I will be coming back to this
