Adrenal fatigue from stress of school...or life!

Within the first hour I wake up, I always skip breakfast and drink coffee, which is doing nothing for my Adrenal fatigue, obviously. So I wanted to start doing that and eating more regularly and eating more even. And another thing I recommended was kind of like low intensity workouts like yoga and light jogging. So I really enjoy light jogging where I try not to run any faster than life a ten or eleven minute mile. And that's actually been helping a lot

Enjoying my hobbies again!

But yeah, so I experienced it then and I felt like I really do thrive off of being busy, but being too busy is not a good thing for anybody. And I felt like this void. I was like, well, now I don't know what to do because I'm done with all my homework. And then I felt kind of sad because I was like, maybe I shouldn't have given up. But what I did instead was I looked for some hobbies

Finals week is so tough….

And you're not seeing a whole lot of sunlight, at least for me, because I was in the library. It really put my head in my mind and such an interesting mental place. And I also just remember life walking in the bathroom to the library, and it was so disgusting in there, and it was just like this whole other world that I never seen of student life and finals. Yeah. But I think finals are just so stressful and school so stressful
