Adult Orphan Syndrome - PART 2 🙌🏻

So I started thinking about the weight of that loss, and I also started thinking about my friend who also lost her husband to cancer. It was a really, really hard thing, and we kind of walked through that with them. And it made me think of my mom and what she walked through with my dad. And also, too, it made me just think about the loss of someone that you love in your life, whether it's a parent or a loved one

We think back, or let me speak for myself, I think back to my childhood, how I was raised, my parents, but as Rita, that's my mother and Gail, because on my healing journey, part of my healing journey also includes healing the inner child

That is something that we do as humans throughout our life at different periods, and it looks different at different seasons. And so, anyway, I just want to say thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on that, because I find it very inspiring, and I really appreciate it
