Competition is it worth it?
The cons of competing is, let's say you're competing with someone in the business place or due to love or friendships or career, whatever it is, right? And you're competing against someone. First of all, you should not be competing unless you're an athlete and you're getting paid for it. You don't want to compete for free unless there's some sort of value that you're going to receive, and you know for sure you're going to receive that

But how can it be that energy shifted and put into something that could really focus and for you to hone in on your craft and that you're honestly competing with yourself? But more than anyone else, at least that's how I've been trying to channel that energy. I also like to do to use it more like when I'm in a workout class or doing something more physical, even though I'm not really competing with other people. But it's just I have that
You kind of think of it like a video game. We elevate to the next level, to the next level, to the next level, until we get to the highest level in a video game, right? So it's kind of similar to the same thing, too. So we don't focus on what we do. We focus on who we are. So that's a golden nugget there. So that's how you can shift the energy, okay?
