GLOTTAL FRY - WHAT IS IT? WHY ARE WE USING IT AND WHAT DOES IT DO TO OUR VOICE?

And in my opinion, it doesn't convey more power. It conveys sort of a lazy fair. I don't really care. Cool. So it's not really giving you often I'm thinking of more the Kardashian kind of social use of it. It doesn't really convey a lot of power and status. So how do we fix it? What's the remedy? The remedy is we take a breath more frequently. Right?

This is so helpful 🙏🌱

But I wanted to just comment on this particular class because lately I've been doing some morning swells and I noticed that I'm sort of deep back in my throat and it can sometimes sound like a Glottal Fry. What is it? I have to lift out of it. As you say, I have to step out of my voice pretty early in the morning to not sit back there where it's a lot of sleepy stuff
