Where Is Your Happy Place?

article image placeholderUploaded by @SpeakerDees
Hey there, swell community. This is Jerome Dees Jr. Very excited to bring a question to you. Something I think about a lot is where is your happy place? Where is that place that if you are feeling down, if things aren't going your way, if you just need to step away to reset, that's the place you go. For me, if you followed me at all, you will see that I have videos of sunrises and sunsets in the beach

But I also love Minnesota a lot. I don't know. I love Minnesota and so I like just my so my happy place is usually it could be very specific. So it would be in the fall or autumn time when the leaves are starting to change and it's a brisk cold day, but not freezing, just like the sun is out and you have that nice warmth on your shoulders, but the air is cold

Maybe I'll stop and get coffee be or a bite to eat or shop at a Walmart or a Target if I happen to run across one. But I think driving is good. I guess I could say being out and about. But because where I live, it's not really public transportation. So if you're going out, you are driving. So going for a drive, going for a ride is even better if someone's driving

You appreciate your response. I love the imagery of the leaves changing. I absolutely love fall. I'm an avid walker. I love being outside. And I think just that time of year and the colors and the harvest and autumn and approaching Halloween, which my kids love that whole season. So I can only imagine how beautiful that is. And I'm a little jealous that you get to experience that on a large scale. Once again, I appreciate you responding

You. Thank you so much for responding. I love driving. It's a really good one. And when I first got married, my wife and I, we had a 1996 Ford Mustang convertible. And there was something about driving that car at night with the top down on a nice spring evening where just felt like everything was right in the world and things would melt away and we would just enjoy drive in, even if it was just to the store to grab something locally

Hey, Jerome. This is a pretty fun question. I think I have many happy places. As far as, like, an internal happy place. Maybe I'm still deciding it. Usually it's found some of my breath, but there's a lot of places in the world that I go to or seek to go to just to feel that peace and just to feel that connectedness with nature. Some of them are Santa Fe or Monuments Valley or some other monumental locations out here in the Southwest

Hello. So my happy place is my like, I really wanted to say that. Like, most of the people would say their home, but I would say my home when I am left alone because I live with a bunch of people. Like, I live in a joint family, so I really like being left alone, especially when I'm down. I like having attention at the time, but also from a distance. So that's my happy place. Yeah

So I fully get I I'm an extrovert in that I could go out and be around people, but I'm happiest sometimes just at home in my sweatpants and relaxing and not being bothered by anybody. So I completely support what you're saying and get it to the extent I can understand your feelings. Hope you have a great day
