But at the same time, my job is to sell and connect with people in a genuine and an authentic way, in a way that allows me to, as I have with customers previously, not just support you at the first company I start with and work with you for six years, but then bring you to the next company I go to and work with you for another five years and then bring you to where I'm currently at and work with you for another four years

Hey, Jerome, thank you for this question and how you presented it. And I have a question back in reference to the question. And I always am fascinated by intention behind people's greetings. Do we make the time that we need to make to listen to someone's response? And if we don't have the time, are we supposed to ask that question?

Just shared a couple of things that I was thinking through and struggling with. And then for the next 15 minutes, she proceeded to tell me about things she was going through, choices she was trying to make. And in that moment, as someone who strives to help people whenever possible, I think it just gave her that space to let it out. And it felt like there was a lot that she hadn't even articulated
