What can I do to excite them about what we're doing? What can I do to communicate the mission and the vision of the organization and having a seat at that table, being able to contribute to that in a meaningful way. That's part of how I've defined success in my life

So I'm from India, a country where women owning houses is not something very common and is not something that is encouraged from a young age. For that matter, women having financial knowledge about savings, investments, incomes, everything is not encouraged. And the biggest trigger for this decision is the fact that everybody, every man in my life, including my own father, my brother, have always added to the fact that this is my house, you see?

And also going back and looking over my life to see those who I have hurt it and gone and asked for forgiveness, the job, careers that I've had, elevating myself and learning to be a better worker, owning my own business, my LLC
