I find that the key to a good fitness routine or maintaining a fitness routine is to do something that you enjoy. If it's a tour, if you hate doing it, you'll come up with every excuse for why not to go do it. So pick something that you really enjoy doing and make it a part of your lifestyle and not a chore. If it's a chore again, you'll maybe look for reasons not to do it

Working out is something that I've been trying to postpone since this week, so I've been working out regularly and somehow it just got the like the traction has just I don't know. I've got some so lazy I feel after listening to a cell, I feel like I should be heading to the gym right away

Do it. Go for it. You'll feel so much better for it. Once you get it done, just go for it. Don't even think anymore. Just get the workout shoes on and head out the door. Yes, it's all good
