So here's the thing about eco movement. Most of the time they require access to a lot of money and resources. Something as simple as recycling is in some places costly or simply not available. I actually live in an Indianapolis neighborhood that is predominantly Latinx and black, and it does not offer recycling period. You can't recycle. In order to recycle, you have to have access to a vehicle you have to have access then to afford gas to drive to a drop off point to recycle your items
