Finding the courage to speak my voice, letting go of perfectionism, figuring out what I want to say and responding to create a community, to invite a community to be a part of that in a thoughtful, inquisitive learning, collaborative, cerebral, heartfelt, human minded way. And so I am kind of getting used to the quirks how to go about reaching who I need to reach. It's not about the follower numbers or the likes or anything about that, it's about the heart
