Hello? Seriously? I was unaware about this fact that reading six minutes only the book reduces this amount of stress in our life. So yeah I will make sure that from today I will also read the books and for me it is like then disaster to leave the phone before sleeping as I just leave the phone and sleep immediately. So from now I will try my level best to leave the phone one or before and just do ten to 15 minutes reading for sure. Thank you. I
