Women themselves are already empowered. They are capable of doing unimaginable things and they have always done and still doing.
When women make a commitment to do something, no one and nothing can stop her. And you can see this kind of attitude in today's world, because slowly women are recognizing their strength, their power, their capabilities. And it's a very good sign for a bright, peaceful joyful and an incredible future for the humankind. So I congratulate each and every one of you a very happy International Women's Day. And once again, that women don't need to be empowered by men
