There's very little we can do about that to start with. But I think we can learn to not try to push the fear away or pretend it's not there or always wishing it's away.…"

"…How much has changed for them due to covet, especially in the performing arts, where opportunities that used to be there literally fell away overnight and we're just coming out the other end, more or less, if we are coming out the other end. It's been two years of major upheaval for a lot of people, and I think it is a form of collective trauma. And I think it's also important to have self compassion in that way and see it for what it is.…"
