My experience in fitness

And now I am changed as a person, completely. After the weight loss, I've changed, like physically, mentally. I've gained confidence, I've gained friends as well. This actually happens. So yes, guys, fitness is really important. One should keep themselves fit to have a good and healthy life. Fitness is not just about diet. It's about how much we physically work. Physically work, right. So yeah, that's all for today

Hi Anshika Congratulations on losing so much weight and being so much focused and like you lost weight during lockdown. I gained a lot of weight during lockdown. I was always a sports person and this lockdown gave me a break from everything from my daily routine, from going to practice every day and now it's just so hard to get back onto it. I've gained so much weight and sometimes I do feel insecure about how to go about it since I've never gained this much weight
