Yes. If anybody knows how to age gracefully, how to stay upbeat, knowing that you have fewer years ahead of you than you have behind you, let a sister know. Yeah, that's it

And it's a great book and I'll paste the link here because it's essays about aging and I know to be sensitive around other people who are our peers and watching them not be well, and it's very taxing. But our bodies really are incredibly brilliant machines and if we can keep them well oiled, at least the bodies are working for us. And now the mind is something else

And then you don't think about aging so much because they don't look at you as old, they look at you as the same as them. They keep your brain alive as well. Snap. Snap. You got to stay up. Got to keep up with the young things. Yeah. I don't know. I'm trying to relate to what you're saying. I can't because I feel like I've got a different experience. But that's all the advice I can give you

I don't know about jumping on the airplane, but, yeah, doing some other things. I have done zip lining, but I'd love to take a cruise to Alaska. I've never visited Europe before. I'd love to go to Botswana and do a safari. So I definitely need to make plans to do those things, because I think if you live life to the fullest and if you're out there being adventurous, you don't have time to sit and wonder or worry about death

Definitely want to see some humorous aspects on it. I think you're mentioning about being kind of mindful, which is you hear that a lot nowadays. But yeah, you definitely do have to be mindful and intentional

And that's a good thing that we don't need to do something for somebody else's definition of success. So you define your own definition of success and happiness and peace, if you will. So that's my two cent on it. Clearly I'm not qualified or well informed to talk anything about menopause, so I will reserve my comments on that. But I do sense that this is yet another transition and this too will settle down eventually. Is the best that I can think of

And I didn't know what that it or the thing was and that I had something traumatic happen that woke me all of the way up and really cost me to do some serious inner work to get where I'm at to today. So that now I don't necessarily have a fear of dying, but I'm just more of like, god, please make sure I have a whole lot more years left, because I finally get it. I finally get it. I finally get it

And so every year that has gone by since, that obviously is more and more stressful for obvious reasons, we are getting closer to death. Even though that's kind of an illusion because you can die at any time. And technically we're I guess statistically as close to death at any age. Maybe that's not true. That can't be true. But anyway, I'll skip ahead too. I obviously don't know how to age gracefully. I know nothing about it because I'm 32
