A smash up of things!

So I've been limited. So I'm doing a Brussels sprout and tempeh roast with a little sweet potato in there, too. So just kind of a honey mustard glaze. And then I'm doing just a light arugula with pear. And then I'm going to grill some corn, which doesn't even go with anything. But I'm so in the mood to grill

I, actually about a week ago managed to go over to Italy and pick up some dried imported pasta from Italy. I actually am gluten free right now, so the pasta itself is gluten free, but it has this wonderful sort of essence of truffle in it. And I cooked it with some wonderful fennel sausage. And I thought it was great. I didn't know what to expect, but I really enjoyed it
