Home Workouts.....

And I don't know if it's just my body. But I've heard this from two other of my friends. Once you start doing her workouts, your body just gets so used to it that it stops burning at some point. Like any fat or calories or anything. You're just like doing the routine, and it just gets boring, repetitive. And like, your body just gets so used to it, it doesn't get harder or anything

There has to be a time where we went through this Chloe Ting Home Workout phase and im pretty sure im not alone on this

Then after coming to India, I think I used to do like, okay, if I did today, then I won't do four or five days. Then I'll do one. Then I stopped completely. When I checked my weight, like, last week lost ten kg. I'm just 44 kg now, and I did nothing at all. I don't even exercise. I eat a lot and I lost ten kg. But yeah, these workouts are useful, actually. Okay
