So if a person if you say, yeah, Sean, I'm going to be going for a run every day after work. And the obstacle is when you get home, you're tired and you want to take a nap. If I'm tired, I'm going to just put my cute little running outfit on and I'm going to go outside and take ten steps or whatever. And that just gets us we just have to not sit down on the couch and then just get moving
